In broadcasting and production since 1967, Mr. Baldwin has developed almost 2800 documentaries, commercials, films and animations, gaining international recognition for his style and quality of production. He has written extensively about film, and has written his own internet film review blog. Mr. Baldwin has conducted hundreds of interviews for documentaries, including Eugene P. Wigner, the Nobel Prize winning physicist.  He executive produced and financed his feature film documentary "GUTTER PUNKS" with a partner, developed the technical aspects of its digital production process, and conducted the interviews, narrated and edited. Gutter Punks was broadcast in Europe (GutterPunks.com)

Mr. Baldwin produced for LSU for 11 years, then started his own production company, Industrial Words & Images. He developed and is now CEO/CCO at 3rd Coast Digital Films, Inc. and is equipped with the latest in high definition digital production equipment, creating cutting-edge programs and effects for national accounts.

·        On Advisory Board of Ozone Film Festival. Developing Digital Media workshop for OFF 2005. Developed and led screenwriting workshop/seminar for OFF 2002, lecturer on screenwriting and media usage, Animation workshop participant OFF 2003.

·        On Advisory Board of Q Film Fest Developing screenwriting workshop for 2007. Developed and produced internet site and HD commercial for broadcast.

·        Executive Producer and Developer/Screenwriter for “Johnny Apple Seed Adventures” children’s series, currently in pre-production.

·        Executive Producer/Interviewer for "Gutter Punks" feature film, one of ten documentaries worldwide accepted into the 1997 Hamptons Int'l Film Festival; broadcast in Europe.

·        Miscellaneous: Animator/3-D Artist for nationally released 3-D CD-ROM game "Dead Reckoning" Software analyst and reviewer for "Alpha Visual FX" magazine. Publishes internet columns reviewing films for international audiences. Developed Freeman Project/ Laserdisc; 60 four-minute chemistry programs. This work is considered to be publishing industry standard of quality. Produced "Razor in the Box"; Sly Turk Productions; 90 min. feature film. Staff writer for "Shot in LA" magazine, film reviews. Created student TV station, LSU-TV, and was staff advisor for two years. More than 2800 productions in a career spanning thirty years.

Ted is 51 years old, an active Mason and Shriner, and is a member of First Christian Church. He competes and has won local poetry competitions, and has been published in many areas. He holds a Master’s Degree in Quantum Chemistry from Louisiana State University.
